Sapphire Attendees Discover that "Life is Good" and so are Loftware's Labeling Solutions

One of the keynotes at this past week's SAP SAPPHIRENOW and ASUG Annual Conference were the founders of the well know "Life is Good" apparel and accessory lines. Well, if you’ve ever seen anything by the Life is Good guys, you’ll understand what they mean when they say “Life isn’t easy. Life isn’t perfect. But life is good!” To all of us at Loftware, the same can be said about labeling, “Labeling isn’t easy, Labeling isn’t perfect, but Labeling is good” - especially when you're using Loftware's Enterprise Labeling Solutions, which are specifically designed to integrate with SAP.

Loftware attended the annual event again this year to showcase how Loftware's certified integration with SAP business applications enables companies to leverage SAP as a source of truth for data to better meet evolving regulatory and enterprise class requirements. As a Silver Partner, Loftware's SAP labeling solutions are specifically designed to integrate with SAP and offer an unprecedented level of flexibility and power to create, manage, and print mission-critical barcode labels across your supply chain.

The event, one the largest SAP® user group conferences held in Orlando at one of countries largest convention centers, had an impressive turnout and was filled with  SAP customers, product experts, and partners who worked to connect, share, understand, and learn about how to optimize what they have, as well as plan for new technologies in the future. Over 27 tracks and 455+ education sessions, and an open exhibit hall with hundreds of software and solution partners gave SAP novices and experts alike ways to connect and understand the next steps to take in the digital transformation. This year, SAP focused a lot of attention on the SAP S/4HANA enterprise resource management suite, which offers a personalized, consumer-grade user experience. SAP also introduced SAP Leonardo, their digital innovation system, which offers design thinking methodology and SAP expertise to help companies rapidly adopt new capabilities and business models – and accelerate their digital transformations.

It’s always great to have the opportunity to meet face to face with your customers to really understand what challenges they are encountering. As an SAP certified partner, Loftware spoke with a range of companies looking to optimize their labeling enterprise-wide with their SAP deployments. Loftware is the only enterprise labeling provider that has an SAP certified integration for ECC, EWM, S/4 Hana and Suite on Hana. There was a lot of interest and discussion about how a consolidated enterprise labeling system saves time and effort, how to integrate labeling with your suppliers, the rise of color labeling, and the issues in addressing customer and regulatory challenges.

Other prominent keynotes from the event included presentations from Bill McDermott, the CEO of SAP SE, Rachel Dratch from SNL fame, and sports legends Kobe Bryant and Derek Jeter (whose focus on giving back to communities is impressive, even to this Boston Red Sox fan).
